You may suspect or know that you are histamine intolerant or have been advised to follow a low histamine diet by a health professional. You may also be struggling to navigate the abundance of conflicting information around what foods are high in histamine and what are ok to eat. A low histamine diet plan takes the guesswork out of the everyday  decision on what to eat.

Low Histamine Meals

A low histamine diet can be a challenging thing to incorporate! Knowing what foods to eat and how to prepare them can be confusing. Therefore, I have developed a low histamine diet plan to help take the stress out of an already challenging exclusion diet. As you are probably aware, it is not enough to choose low histamine foods, you also need to make sure they are prepared in the correct way and stored properly. The low histamine diet plan provides 4 weeks of low histamine breakfasts, lunches and dinners along with low histamine recipes.

Low Histamine Recipes

This Low Histamine Diet Plan should provide all of the resources you need to follow a low histamine diet on an ongoing basis. There are 28 days of low histamine recipes which are super easy to make and family-friendly. Each recipe also provides advice on how to prepare the food e.g. taking chicken out of the freezer and cooking it immediately, storing immediately in the freezer etc. Exclusion diets can lead to a lack of enjoyment of the food you are consuming every day as the focus goes on foods you cannot eat rather than what you can. The Low Histamine Diet Plan keeps in mind that meals should still be varied and tasty and should make excluding other foods much easier.

The low histamine diet plan also includes a Low Histamine Food List pdf with tips on meal prepping, storage and what to choose at the supermarket. It also provides comprehensive details on some of the contributors to histamine intolerance and some of the issues that you may have to work on to improve tolerance to histamine foods. Finding your current histamine tolerance levels and working on the issues that can contribute to histamine intolerance can provide relief over time.

Feeling Great, Losing Weight!

I have been working with Fiona at Physical Nutrition for about 10 weeks through a corporate program run my employer.  Losing weight and making some real changes to my dietary lifestyle has been a game changer for me.  Through her weekly tutorials, Fiona has taught me about the food I eat, what is best for my body and to gauge how I feel after each meal.  Combined with a sensible exercise routine of walking and cycling, I have managed to drop my weight by 7kgs during this period.  My energy levels are up, I’m feeling fitter and I’m eating much more balanced meals and now know which foods to avoid and which to eat more of!  It’s been a great experience and I would highly recommend Fiona’s program.
