Many clients come to see us for a ‘clean-up’ of their diet. Their diets may not be particularly unhealthy but they are not quite getting their macros right or are focussing too much on some less than healthy foods so they are persistently holding on to a few kilos. In this case, we look at our client’s overall diet and exercise and provide an individualised approach that will help them to achieve their ideal weight and optimum overall health for the rest of their lives. Small changes such as eating more protein, eating less carbs, swapping unhealthy snacks for nutrition loaded, delicious recipes and altering their exercise routine can make a massive difference. It can be a challenge for a person to pinpoint what changes they need to make to achieve their health goals but it can take a trained health professional a short amount of time to identify areas that require some adjustment.
