Fiona Murray from Physical Nutrition is a nutritionist based in Perth, providing individual, group and corporate nutrition-based health management and weight loss programs. We listen to your needs, and develop flexible and individualised dietary plans, to improve your overall health and wellbeing, whilst assisting with weight and chronic disease management.

In order to assist our clients, we incorporate a range of testing services, such as metabolic testing, food allergy and intolerance testing to create effective diet plans, as well as tracking progress using body composition analysis and weigh-ins. With a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine) with Endeavour College of Natural Health in Perth and now studying her Masters in Human Nutrition, Fiona possesses all of the knowledge, experience and passion to assist clients to become the very best versions of themselves.





Physical Nutrition provides practical and holistic nutrition services in order to help our clients achieve lifetime good health practices and wellbeing.    We specialise in clinical nutrition for conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome and other gut disorders, hormone dysfunction including thyroid and adrenal disorders, autoimmune conditions and multi system disorders such as chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia.  We use tools such as blood tests, food allergy and intolerance testing, stool analysis and microbiome testing and indirect calometry to assess metabolic and gut health and provide a complete picture of a person’s health.

We also run short and long term individual and group weight loss programs tailored to the needs of every individual on the course – we do not do one size fits all!  Our speciality is weight gain that just refuses to budge.  We understand the multi-factorial nature of weight gain and work on the many aspects required to get you back to your target weight.

Eating the right foods for your individual needs and implementing an appropriate fitness program can mean more energy, disease management and prevention, healthy weight management and better concentration levels.  We follow a very individualized approach whereby each person has their own particular fitness and nutrition needs depending on their current requirements, metabolic type and where they are in their life cycle.

Based in South Perth, our nutrition clinic is centrally located for easy access from all suburbs in Perth and outlying areas.  We have provider numbers for most private health funds.




Fiona is one of my all time favourite people. After high school, I weighed in at 99kg. At 174cm, I have been overweight by 15-20 kgs for all my adult life. Until, at age 53, I met Fiona. She immediately diagnosed my primary problem and by following her dietary coaching, I lost 16 kgs in 5 months. More importantly, I have maintained this for more than a year now. Feeling Great, Losing Weight!

I have been working with Fiona at Physical Nutrition for about 10 weeks through a corporate program run my employer.  Losing weight and making some real changes to my dietary lifestyle has been a game changer for me.  Through her weekly tutorials, Fiona has taught me about the food I eat, what is best for my body and to gauge how I feel after each meal.  Combined with a sensible exercise routine of walking and cycling, I have managed to drop my weight by 7kgs during this period.  My energy levels are up, I’m feeling fitter and I’m eating much more balanced meals and now know which foods to avoid and which to eat more of!  It’s been a great experience and I would highly recommend Fiona’s program.
